Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Agreement" or "Terms") construct the legal foundation governing your access to and utilization of the mobile applications, websites, and associated digital environments (collectively, the "Service") published and operated by Small Tech LLC ("Small Tech", "we", "us", or "our").
By initiating access, downloading, or engaging with the Service, you signify your absolute and binding agreement to these stipulations. If you do not agree to every provision contained within this document, you are expressly prohibited from accessing or using the Service.
1. Age and Eligibility Criteria
The Service is strictly curated for an adult demographic. You must be a minimum of 18 years of age (or possess the age of legal majority in your specific jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to lawfully participate and access the Service.
By accessing Egypt Cat Scratch, you formally represent and warrant that you satisfy this demographic requirement. We do not knowingly permit individuals under the applicable age threshold to use the Service. This strict age restriction aligns with our designated IARC content ratings and internal compliance policies.
2. Licensing Grants and Boundaries
Conditioned upon your steadfast and continuous adherence to this Agreement, Small Tech bestows upon you a constrained, non-exclusive, unassignable, non-transferable, and fully revocable license to download, access, and interact with the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
All overarching intellectual property rights, titles, and interests not explicitly granted to you in this section are comprehensively reserved by Small Tech.
3. Behavioral Constraints and Acceptable Use
As a condition of your license, you formally pledge and agree not to:
- Deploy the Service for any illicit, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful agendas.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or undermine the operational stability, security, or network infrastructure of the Service.
- Leverage unauthorized third-party software, exploits, automated bots, scripts, or hacking utilities.
- Attempt to bypass our authentication systems, scrape data, or gain unauthorized access to our backend servers.
Small Tech retains the unilateral authority to adjudicate, in our reasonable discretion, whether specific user conduct breaches these acceptable use parameters.
4. Digital Assets, Virtual Items, and Purchases
Egypt Cat Scratch may incorporate optional digital enhancements, features, tokens, coins, or simulated credits (collectively referred to as "Virtual Items").
4.1 Acquisition and Refund Guidelines
- Transactions executed via the Google Play platform are strictly governed by Google Play's native refund policies and procedures.
- All other acquisitions of Virtual Items are fundamentally final and non-refundable, except where unalterable regional consumer protection mandates (e.g., the EU Consumer Rights Directive cooling-off period) legally dictate otherwise.
- Small Tech reserves the absolute right to dynamically adjust the pricing structure of Virtual Items at any time without prior warning.
4.2 Characteristics of Virtual Items
- Virtual Items inherently possess NO real-world monetary value whatsoever.
- They represent purely digital content provided for entertainment purposes only; they are not investments, nor do they constitute property ownership.
- Procuring Virtual Items merely grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize such features within the Service environment.
- We reserve the unequivocal right to modify, restrict, manage, or eliminate Virtual Items at our discretion, entirely devoid of liability to you.
4.3 Absolute Prohibitions Regarding Virtual Items
- Virtual Items are strictly NON-TRANSFERABLE between disparate user profiles or accounts.
- You are expressly forbidden from auctioning, selling, trading, or gifting these assets to other individuals.
- Any endeavor to exchange Virtual Items on external third-party marketplaces, or attempts to transmute them into fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or physical goods of value, is strictly outlawed.
- Violating these restrictions will precipitate immediate, uncompensated termination of your access to the Service.
5. Absolute Prohibition of Real-Money Gambling
The Service is engineered exclusively as a simulated entertainment medium. It absolutely does not encompass, facilitate, or tolerate real-money gambling, sports betting, wagering, or cash payouts.
IMPORTANT NOTICE — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
- This is a SIMULATED CASINO ENVIRONMENT created for amusement purposes only.
- No real-world currency, tangible prizes, or items of actual value can be extracted, won, redeemed, or withdrawn through the Service.
- Virtual chips, coins, or tokens have a cash value of absolute ZERO and cannot be exchanged for anything of real-world value.
- Procuring Virtual Items does not grant eligibility for financial rewards or payouts.
- Triumphs or failures within our simulated environment do not correlate with, and absolutely do not predict, future success in actual real-money gambling arenas.
- We aggressively monitor and will permanently ban any user suspected of orchestrating underground asset trading or real-money exchanges involving our Virtual Items.
6. Mindful and Responsible Engagement
We champion responsible digital interaction and gaming practices. We implore you to:
- Establish strict temporal limits on your gameplay.
- Intersperse your sessions with frequent, healthy breaks.
- Acknowledge constantly that our Service is purely a simulated game for entertainment.
- Terminate your session immediately if the experience ceases to be enjoyable.
If you suspect you are developing adverse gambling tendencies or a gaming problem, we strongly advocate consulting specialized professional entities such as:
- National Council on Problem Gambling: www.ncpgambling.org
- Gamblers Anonymous: www.gamblersanonymous.org
- BeGambleAware: www.begambleaware.org
7. Intellectual Property Safeguards
Every graphical element, codebase, user interface design, audio track, software architecture, trademark, and piece of content embedded within the Service is the exclusive property of Small Tech LLC (or appropriately licensed to us). These assets are fortified by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property legislation.
Unauthorized replication, modification, distribution, reproduction, or reverse-engineering of any Service component without prior written permission from Small Tech is strictly outlawed.
8. External Integrations and Third-Party Links
The Service may feature integrations, advertisements, or hyperlinks directing you to external platforms. Small Tech exercises no dominion over, and accepts no accountability for, the content, privacy protocols, or operational practices of these third-party entities.
Your engagement with external services is exclusively dictated by their independent user agreements and privacy policies.
9. Comprehensive Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is delivered strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" foundation.
To the maximum extent permissible by applicable jurisprudence, Small Tech disavows all warranties, whether explicitly stated or implied, encompassing but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, operational fitness for a specific endeavor, and non-infringement.
Small Tech does not guarantee or warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, bug-free, perfectly secure, or devoid of errors.
10. Absolute Limitation of Liability
To the maximum threshold allowed by applicable law, Small Tech shall bear no liability for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, or special damages emerging from your utilization, or inability to utilize, the Service.
Under no conceivable circumstances shall our aggregate total financial liability exceed the total capital you have remitted to us (if any) throughout the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the instigation of the claim.
Nothing within this Agreement attempts to limit liability where such limitation is expressly forbidden by applicable law.
11. Suspension and Contract Termination
You retain the prerogative to abandon and stop using the Service at your convenience.
Conversely, Small Tech may abruptly terminate or suspend your access to the Service, devoid of prior notification, if:
- You violate any clause within this Agreement or any applicable law.
- You participate in prohibited activities, including the unauthorized trading of Virtual Items.
- Such intervention is deemed necessary to shield our infrastructure, protect other users, or fulfill legal compliance.
Upon termination, your license to all Virtual Items is instantly annulled without financial reimbursement, except where required by law.
12. Account Erasure and Data Management
Given that the Service bypasses mandatory account creation, your gameplay progression is securely sequestered locally on your device. Eradicating the application from your hardware automatically initiates the deletion of this local data. We do not host a separate in-app account deletion portal.
For inquiries regarding data processed by third-party analytics or advertising networks, please consult our comprehensive Privacy Statement or email us directly.
13. Privacy Statement Integration
Your interaction with Egypt Cat Scratch is simultaneously regulated by our Privacy Policy, which elucidates our methodologies concerning data accumulation, usage, and security. Please review it meticulously at:

Your ongoing participation in the Service post-modification constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the newly established parameters.
15. Jurisdictional Governance and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with the fullest extent of applicable law.
Any ensuing controversy, dispute, or claim linked to this Agreement or the Service must initially be addressed via good-faith, bilateral negotiations between the parties.
Should these discussions prove fruitless, either entity may seek resolution or escalate the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction or any other lawful dispute resolution mechanism, to the extent permitted by law.
This stipulation does not preclude either party from seeking immediate injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to counter intellectual property theft, unauthorized access, or other urgent circumstances.
16. Contractual Severability
Should a court of competent jurisdiction deem any specific clause or provision within this Agreement to be unenforceable or legally invalid, that specific provision shall be severed, while the remainder of the Agreement shall persist with unmitigated legal force and effect.
